Remove CRM App for Outlook

Hi

We have enabled CRM App for Outlook for some users in CRM training environment for training purpose. When we moved the users to production and enabled the app there, users see two Dynamics CRM links in Outlook. How can we disable the app for training environment, so they see only one Dynamics CRM link in an email?

I'm having the same issue. I've set the mailbox records to "none" for incoming and outgoing processing which removed the users from the "Eligible Users" grid but the add-in is still there when we log back into OWA.

    To remove the CRM App:

    1. Go to https://outlook.office365.com and log in

    2. Manage Apps: outlook.office365.com/owa

    3. Highlight “Dynamics CRM”, click the Minus Sign, and click Yes

In recent versions of Office 365, navigate to outlook.office.com/owa, authenticate if necessary, and un-check the Dynamics 365 AddIn.

(You end up at the same URL if from desktop Outlook, you select File | Manage Add-Ins)
