multiple email address sending in business central

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

Would like to know if there's any way we can send out email with multiple different email address in BC.

Usually, with ';' (semicolon), we are able to add in multiple email address.

But seem it's not working in BC.

Any idea ?

Alx.

By the look of things, now you don't have to put ",", you need to fill a list (an variable type List") with the addresses.

I hope this is useful for you

Try using the semi colon idea in a different place. On a customer or vendor go to the card page and locate “Document Layouts” in the navigate action drop down. From here you can setup specific documents and the emails you need. Good for the split on let’s say sales orders going to the procurement department of your customer and the invoices going to the finance department of your customer.

If you need to go over and above what you can do here either a modification is needed or you could look at a document delivery solution from app source. Continia for example is good for this.
