Installing Management Reporter 2012 Error

Currently i have SQL server 2008 R2 in production that I'm running Management Reporter 2010 and I'm trying to install a new Management Reporter 2012 that will run on a new SQL server 11.0.5343 version. Ho do i migrate the existing database to a new server, and install 2012 version of Management Reporter?
