SQL Server to Dynamics migration

I'm using copy activity to migrate records from SQL server to Dynamics CRM but after inserting few thousands records it gives me below error, although we MS has removed API limits for our environment for purpose of data migration. Specifying different batch size and degree of parallelism also doesn't seem to help.

    Hi,
    we were struggling with similar problems.
     
    Here is a list of error codes:
     
    This exact error code means :
    0x80040265
    -2147220891
    Name: IsvAborted
    Message: ISV code aborted the operation.
     
    So I would say there is a custom plugin that throws an error because an EntityReference object is NULL or something similar, plugin debug/tracing may help in this case.
