Kofax don´t sync itemnumbers to BC

Hi

I am having a problem, the kofax read sof online, have been working fine, and saved me a lot of time, but now all of a sudden, the item numbers dont sync to BC.

The prices, the company name, everything else but the item number.

The references on each item are correct.

    Hi, This doesn't seem to be a standard feature issue, you can contact the vendor and work with them to resolve it.
