Hi,
I have been trying since last night jsut to sign up to business central. I keep getting an error "Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact support"
I have cleared cache, used a different borwser, and tried private mode.\
I really want to actually buy the full version but there isn't an option, and I can't sign up to the trial and it's getting really painful, no support has been availible and won't be until monday morning 8:00am i believe? So hoping someone here can help

Thanks but I have already found that article 2 days ago,
Micrsoft is looking like the worst option to run a business through, if its' this hard just to sign up for the trial, how hard must it be to actually start using the system, and i cant even imagine how bad the customer service is, crazy that there is no support availible from microsoft and I have to ask random people on the internet

I have tried making a new business email through the admin center, and tried using that new email, and still won't work
I can only use my mobile number as it is the only one I have, I would like to use my own number too as this is the main business app,

Hi Brenno,
Sometimes this happens because of the network you are connected to, or because you tried many times with this email.
Try to change the network you are connecting to.If the problem still exists, try to sign up with another email
