Our prospective client is concerned about losing connectivity while processing credit cards.  What off-line processing options are available out there short of resorting to the old method of paper sales drafts?

    Usually what happens is all information is stored until the connectivity is available again.

    We sell our clients a router that has a 3/4G backup connection from CradlePoint.  Then they are down less than 30 seconds

    Some mobile companies offer a data service by the day, if the client doesn't want to pay a monthly fee,
