Are you talking about the financial reports in Dynamics GP (Reports > Financial > Trial Balance) ?
If so, there is an option for ranges within the report, the range could be based either on Account, Date, Segment and Currency. Through the (Account) range, you can specify the range of accounts to be considered through the trial balance report.
As for the profit and loss reports, can you specify which reports you mention specifically.
