Is it possible to add webservice in managed package in MS Dynamics CRM?

Hi,

I have a RESTful webservice(API) which is host on Azure server. This webservice uses as a mediator between CRM to Web Application. I have seen that Salesforce and Suite/Sugar provide facility to extend API. That means the developer can create external webservice and add it withing the package. So, it saves money. And provide more privacy as most industries needed.

Can anybody please suggest me if it is possible in MS Dynamics CRM?

Also suggest what is use of "Service Endpoints"?

Thanks you. I have reviewed all the component of Solution page. I have noticed there is "Service Endpoint" tab. Can you please suggest what is use of it?

Hi,

There isn't currently any way of linking the CDS/CRM Solution with an Azure package - you could however use the solution package deployer to deploy your CDS/CRM solution and then add custom steps to deploy the Azure webservice in the same 'installer' - see docs.microsoft.com/.../deploy-packages-using-package-deployer-windows-powershell
