Hello,

Currently, I have Dynamics CRM 2017 on-promise 8.0.0 and want to upgrade to Dynamics CRM 365 Online 9.0.0

Any Tech. documentation or guidelines? so much appreciated

    Again, version 9.0 is not available for on-prem at the moment so there is no way to update it. At the moment.

    Thanks you all for the help.

    All these documentation talks about online upgrade ... I didn't find anything from 8.0.0 on-promise to 9.0.0 (online or on-promise).

    Any help is highly appreciated

    The highest version you can get in 8.2 not 9.0. 9.0 is not available for on-prem yet.

    Yeh. Its typo . I have 2016 (not 2017) .

    Hello,

    1. There is no CRM 2017. If you have CRM 8.0 then it's CRM 2016.

    2. At the moment there is no easy way to migrate from OnPrem to Online but MS works on tool that will make this transition possible. What could be done is migration of customization and then migration of data using some tool.
