I recently created a copy of the environment in Microsoft Sustainability Manager. However, after the environment copy, the Copilot feature is not working. I am receiving the following error message:
“Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.”
I have reviewed and followed all the required steps mentioned in the official configuration and setup documentation. Despite this, the issue still persists. Please find the attached screenshot for reference.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I have followed all the steps mentioned in the link provided for setting up Copilot in the new environment after the copy operation.
