Copilot Not Working After Copying Environment in Microsoft Sustainability Manager

I recently created a copy of the environment in Microsoft Sustainability Manager. However, after the environment copy, the Copilot feature is not working. I am receiving the following error message:

“Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.”

I have reviewed and followed all the required steps mentioned in the official configuration and setup documentation. Despite this, the issue still persists.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

    I have just been through this with 3 out of 4 of our environments.
     
    The one environment that worked was a restore while the original and 2 other restored environments displayed the error when opening the Copilot chat window.
    .
    I raised a ticket and it was found that there was an invalid api key and then this Exception message: UserErrorCode: LatestPublishedVersionNotFound, ReasonCode: CorruptOrMissingV2ContentInBot.
     
    Once these issues were repaired in each environment the Copilot chat window started working.

    Hi Subhajit,

    Yes, I have followed all the steps mentioned in the link provided for setting up Copilot in the new environment after the copy operation.
