After creating a quick campaign we encountered a problem. Originally this Quick Campaign was made to send emails to 700 recipients, of course we did not took into account that every CRM user has a limit of emails that could be sent, defined in Exchange Mail server (to send no more than 50 emails at once). After campaign was launched we saw that emails are duplicating in Exchange server and are building into stack in enormous counts - around 40 emails to one recipient. I was wondering what might be the cause here? Is it possible, that when email status reason is of "Pending Send", CRM is repeatedly sending requests to Exchange Mail Server to send that particular email?
