Hello,

I want to capture lead from web form, is there an article or tutorial to explain this feature? (Similar to salesforce web-to-lead). And, is it out of box (free) or do we have to purchase and Activate Internet Marketing Cloud or add-on app?

No out of box solution, but you have different options like below:

    1. Develop your own custom page and host it in windows azure, you can have integration to with CRM using SDK

    2. Develop your own custom page and host it on your own server  on secured port, you can also host on extranet but make sure to host on secured port only (80,443)

    3. Use custom addons, which provide this feature

    clickdimensions.com/.../web-forms

    Thanks

    Dear KKO,

It is not of the box, Please take a look to this solution : www.powerobjects.com/.../powerwebform

Or you can make your own portal :

    www.fmtconsultants.com/.../step-by-step-guide-to-portal-development-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Abed.

You can do all of this with Peak Engagement's Peak Capture solution. The best part is...it's free! This is similar to the lead capture solution MSFT provided in the past.  Enjoy!www.peakengagement.com/peak-capture

There is tutorial here which uses Parserr and Microsoft Flow, together with Dynamics CRM of course. Parserr have 15 free "leads" or emails per month.
