unable to switch companies in business central, the settings button has disappeared

Hi

I'm unable to switch companies in Business Central today and neither are my colleagues - is this a systemwide issue?  The setting button at the top right has disappeared.

    You can use ALT+T and ALT+Q for the missing setteing icon and missing tell me.

    There are reports about it from many places in the world.

    In my region it looks fine so far. So the whole world does not seem to be effected.

    Hi, As far as I know, there is no shortcut key for "Personalize".

    The option bar missing or messed up is a known issue caused by Office shell that does not load properly. Mitigation step is to clear history for last 7 days and then it will work.

    It is affecting some users and not others.

    Hi, the top menu is working today. If your still have problem, please clear your browser cache.
