Does anyone have experience with both of these third party BI apps for MS CRM in order to provide a brief comparison?

I'll be evaluating Zap within the next few weeks. I have already looked at c360's/Sterling's BI Analytics and found it easy to install, but hard to customize (this was for 3.0, I have not evaluated the 4.0 version), due to a lack of front-end configuration tools and or end-user documentation.
I've been told that Zap is far more user friendly. we'll see...
Microsoft have a BI tool that name is Performance Point. You can try it. There is a vpc image in Microsoft website.
