Recently, I have faced weird issue with custom workflow in CRM 2011. PFB for more details:
Requirement:
Email Forwarded to CRM Mailbox1 as attachment from other Mailboxes
We will track the CRM Mailbox1 emails into CRM
On Creation of Email, we will extract the attached email and create as new Email activity.
Problem:
For one of the tracked email, it extracted the email and created two email activities.
Checked below areas:
1. Only one email received to Mailbox1 and tracked only once. [Checked Mailbox1 and CRM activities for tracked emails]
2. Tracked Email has only one email attachment.
3. Checked Audit history, no tracked emails got deleted with the same subject
4. Checked System jobs, only one system job created that means workflow ran only once. But, inside the logic executed two so it created two email activities.
Could someone help me to troubleshoot this issue? Let me know the possible reasons for this?
