Hope everyone is doing well in this pandemic situation.
Basically, we have a requirement to create a custom operation which will function like issuegiftcard operation but not exactly. I have created a button which is showing dialog pages as per issue gift card operation but we want to add those details to cart and at the time of payment it only save in the retail transactions tables not in the gift card details tables.
How can we add a fresh item to cart on the button click. I used savecartrequest and savecartresponse but it did not added the item in the card?
Please help me to solve this...
