How can I create a segment with contacts from an account plus all the contacts from the child accounts associated to it?

I need to create a segment of contacts - these contacts need to be all the contacts assocaited with the account plus all the contacts from all the child accounts below that company - can you do this?

From what I know about CRM you can add only contacts of the account your are currently opened is CRM Form using grid, but if you use a bit of javascript you can add a html web resource to the account form and get all contacts you wants to display in html web resource.
