Hi All,

I am getting the  below issue in closing Accounting year.

Total of the transactions in the year is not 0.00.

Total is 3,180.77.

This is a serious error. Run \"Check\" on ledger transactions.

AX version on Dynamics AX 2012 CU 7

I ran the consistency check and didn't get any error.

Is there any Hotfix for this issue so please post the KB Number for that Hotfix.

    Hi Reyaz,

    If there is a difference encountered, first check if the entries are balanced.

    You can analyze the GeneralJournalEntry/GeneralJournalAccountEntry tables to see if there is an imbalance (per legal entity) or not.

    If there is an imbalance, there is no hotfix for it. You can also try to rebuild your balances.

    I have seen a similar error in the past where the total still showed 0.00. That was caused by roundings where amounts were posted with more that two decimals. In this case AX really mentions there is an amount; so probably a real data problem.

    Thanks Andre ,

    I have run the query to fetch the data from above suggested tables and found no imbalance.I am able to close other legal entity.This issue is with only one legal entity.

    I found on blog some where that this is bug confirmed by Microsoft and have some hotfix for that.But i didnt get any hotfix on life cycle service issues search.In case if there is no hotfix ,what other steps should check.
