The error message looks strange. Did you check the event viewer of the machine where RTS is installed. You will get a better idea.

    Hi Shafeeque ,

One question for Customer Account payment or Prepayment in POS is required Real Time service is Required.

Can we do Customer Prepayment in POS without real time service? So atleast Customer Payment Account will work.

Customer account depoist will work without RTS. If you have to recall a sales order and collect a prepayment against an SO, you need RTS.

Can you check if RTS is able to speak to AOS ? Have you made any changes to the Business Connector configurations recently  ?

Did you try to follow an error and verify timeout values for RealTimeServices?

^^ True that. 9 seconds looks too low.

RTS is able to speak to AOS - I can not under stand this point.  There is no changes to business Connector Configuration.

Its running in Live Dynamics Ax.

Did you check timeout values in web.config file for RealTimeService?
