I'm not sure if i accidentally broke something, but my total amount field on a quote says £0.00 even though the quote has products with prices against them.

What could possibly cause that?

Hi

Do you have a screenshot? Is there any JS on the form? Is there a value and quantity on the quote lines?

Hi,

Have you checked if you are using system calculated or user input (something like that)?

It is an option normally near the products subgrid and pricelist.

If it is system calculated the value fields shows with a lock near it and you can't chance it, if it is user input, the user can change it.

No JS on the form and there is products with values. screenshot below.

Cant see any options for system calculated prices etc??

Hi

There are 2 things I notice here, You are on the Order and not the Quote. But the main thing is you have the Price Per Unit completed but no Extended amount, Can you check that the Price list items for these 2 products have a price against them

Sorry screenshotted wrong form but its exactly the same on the quote.

The product does have a price against it, not even sure what the extended amount is or where to populate it as i dont see a field for it anywhere.

Hi Mark, yes it did.

I found the answer and now feel a bit silly. Whilst testing a few things a couple of weeks ago i messed with a few settings. One of which was a settting in settings > administration > system settings > sales within here is an option for "Use system pricing calculation" which i had apparently set to NO.

So it was that all along, only two hours wasted trying to figure that out :(
