It has been 2 days since I experienced this issue. I have 4 instances under 1 tenant. I have setup my Outlook and CRM integration sucessfully for all my instances. The problem is, for my 2 instances, the field synchronization table is empty. It should show the directions of mapped fields from outlook to crm vice versa. I believe this should be an OOTB feature of Dynamics CRM or do I need to enable something?

Notice that the table is empty.
