Purchase requisitions - first I want to confirm whether there are any additional integrations for Requisitions functionality coming in GP2015. In GP 2013 R2, Requisitions feature integrates with Encumbrance Mgmt and Analytical Accounting. I had seen some blog posts on various sites related to other integrations that might be forthcoming, like Project Accounting, MDA, Field Service or others.
For now, because Analytical Accounting is the integrated module that would allow some detailed information capture, we have been looking at this feature for a client. It does not appear that Analytical Accounting information is available to include on the E-mail Notifications that get sent as part of the Workflow. For example, we are including some Line level information such as Item Number, Description, Qty, and Costs, as well as GL account number for the lines. We'd like to include the AA information as well so that the approvals could be done using the e-mail notification as opposed to requiring the approver to login to GP to review and approve.
Is this an option now in GP2013 R2, GP2015, or will it be available in a future release (hopefully soon?)
