Dynamics GP 10.0 Vs Adobe Professional

We have recently upgraded our GP 7.5 to Dynamics GP 10.0. Now we are having an issue with uploading the budget. We narrow down the issue and got to know that if we have Adobe Professional for the user who is uploading the budget, it will work for him/her and if the user has Adobe reader then it will fail. We have 8 Citrix servers where users connect to GP and we have very limited licenses for Adobe Professional. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
