SSIS 2012 to CRM 2011 - Script Component Isue

I'm looking into an SSIS 2012 job that was being worked on by another developer and runs fine when run locally. When deployed to our SSIS server pointed to a developer org it also works fine.  However after changing the environment variables to point to a QA Org the job fails with the error indicating that 'the context is not currently tracking the (name of entity) entity".

Any ideas what this may be?

Thanks

If the package works on development but not QA then it is likely that the issue is due to permissions or data. The error you are getting is from the OrganizationServiceContext (social.microsoft.com/.../crm-2011-plugin-and-xrmservicecontext)

You will need to add some debug trace information to the package to find where the error is occurring and find the script that is causing it.

SSIS does provide a very good tracing mechanism that I recommend you make use of - it is very effective I've found when logging to the sysssislog table -technet.microsoft.com/.../ms140246.aspx

    Hope this helps,

    Scott

Thank you. I am able to tell which part of the script component is having an issue by the logging available on the SSIS server and I've seen blog entries about using the Attach method before performing updates which is being done.  Would permissions have any bearing still on this?
