Unable to access the organization in Plugin Registration Tool

I am trying to debug a plugin for a Dynamics 2015 Online production instance. I go to Plugin Registration tool and enter the credentials for the organization. There are multiple production instances for the organization and I see the list of organizations on the screen. Once I click on the desired production instance, am directed to a blank screen(Pls see screenshot). Any suggestions?Screenshot-_2800_516_2900_.png

    Hello Abdul,

    Thanks for the suggestion. I tried another organziation it is working. There are multiple production instances for the same organization. Am able to login to the other production instances but not the one am trying to actually login.

    Have you tried to connect with some other organization using the same plugin registration tool. It seems like cache issue. Try to open plugin registration tool from another computer.

    Hello Mike,

    Thank you for your suggestion. I was using the 2013 version. I removed that and installed the 2015 version. It is still showing a blank screen as the screenshot.

    We had some issues with our Registration Tool when we first upgraded to 2015 online.  I don't believe it was the same issue, but maybe you will have some luck.  I deleted the SDK I had and got the one that matched our version from Microsoft.  Probably something you have already done, but worth a try in the chance it hasnt been tried yet.  Good luck.
