FA disposal error message referring to appreciation accounts missing

Good day

Any help would be appreciated please.

I have an asset which was acquired at a cost of zero. We then did an Appreciation transaction to increase the value of that asset. Now, when we are trying to dispose of the asset, we receive these error messages even though I have made sure that all the accounts which refer to "appreciation" have got values in the FA Posting group

I don't understand what is missing. Would anyone have some ideas for me please?

Hi, If there is no customization, it seems that the problem still lies with the posting group. Please check the settings below.

Hello Folks

Thank you for the replies. I played with the GL accounts on the posting group some more and I ended up with this below and then the errors were resolved. I only populated the 2 shown in yellow. My conclusion is that if an appreciation entry is done, BC pushes that value alone to the gain/loss on fa disposal. Thanks again for showing interest in my question
