BigCommerce orders not flowing in IOM after activating the provider

Hi Guys,

I have activated bigcommerce connector successfully in the IOM instance but the orders are not flowing into IOM when created in BigCommerce. Can someone share their experinece on what additional steps are needed to activate the power automate instances under the hood.

All the system connection references are also active

The provider is showing as active from UI

but when I look under the solutions the power automate is not enabled and I cannot enabled from the backend.
