Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service: search field columns on Conversation entity

Hello Community,

It appears the Conversation entity in Omnichannel is locked from enabling additional field columns to be included in search. For example, the Quick Find view is restricted from editing. The only field column that is allowed for search on Conversation is the "Subject" field. Does anyone know if there is a way to allow additional field attributes on the Conversation entity to be included in the search?

Any insights would be appreciated.
