Error while accessing Rate Shop from the Rate route workbench form

Hi All,

I have followed all the setups for the rate shop. I get an error message while accessing the Rate Shop from the Rate route workbench form. Error message is "Unexpected error occurred when processing request. Please verify server event log or contact administrator." Appreciate an advise on what shall be done.
