Scenario:

I want to create a segment by using the Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk instead of doing it manually, and it should include query based on Contacts FirstName "Test".

Segment API functionality is part of the April 2019 release. You can read more about "Extensibility for campaigns and segments" in the April '19 Release Notes.
