Hi,
I am working on a long quotation that has numerous classrooms with similar furniture in them.
Is there a way to copy a section of a quotation and then paste this again further down?
Thanks
You can select the rows that you want to copy using ctrl+C and then in new line paste them using Ctrl + P. But the lines should be correct and data should fulfill validations.
Thanks - I have tried to CTRL+C and CTRL+V method and this doesn't seem to paste anything? I need to copy and paste approximately 10 lines - everything is correct on these lines.
Strange. Are you using web client or desktop client?
I am using a Web based client.
How you have selected the lines. You need to press ctrl and hold it to select multiple lines. Then use Ctrl+C.
System will show a message that these no of rows copied.
Now on a new line click at the very start of line the place shown in red square and then use Ctrl+V.
I think I am getting there...
I followed the steps and was able to copy the multiple lines and got the message confirming this.
But then, when i go to past on the next new line, I get this message...
In the new line do not select it by pressing ctrl. just click at the start of new line as shown in image.
It WORKS!!! Thank you so much for your help!! :)
Its great SuzeDC. You are welcome!!
