
So when I am in advanced find and click Edit columns and then click add column, I see duplicates fields in the list. I want to not see that. I already made the fields that I don't want to have show up marked "No" for searchable, but they still appear in this list, what am I missing?

The "Searchable" setting as "No" doesn't block the field to be added (as a column) as part of Advanced Find Query View. Unfortunately there's no option to complete remove the field from that list. That property only prevents the user to use the field as Advanced Find filter conditions.
One more note, when the field is added as part of a View it should not appear, as available, to be added again.
