Request Not Processed: error message at log-in

Hello, one of my company's CRM online users is having trouble signing onto her account; the browser will work for a while and then the opening page of CRM will half way show up until a box pops up that says

Error Icon

Request not processed

An error was encountered while processing your request. If problems persist, please contact customer support.

Request Id: 2015-03-03T13:47:18 051642b9-ebbd-41f3-87ec-dd9d56d2b99f

And you cannot get past this message. It's especially odd since on my computer, I can log on to her account from my browser perfectly fine. Does this mean it's something to do with her computer? Any assistance would be appreciated!

Can you try below resolutions if they can help?

    Resolution 1:

Try adding the site under trusted sites.

    Resolution 2:

Add the following URLs into the trusted sites in the Internet options. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Start Internet explorer.

    2. Click Tools, click Internet options, Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted Sites. Add the following URLs:

    http://*.live.com

    http://*.dynamics.com

    Resolution 3:

Enable protected Mode in the tools and in the Internet options: To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Start Internet explorer.

    2. Click Tools, click Internet options, click the Security tab, and then click Trusted Sites. Click to select the Enable Protected Mode check box.

    3. Save and close the Internet Explorer window.

    Hi Jean,

Can you please let us know the Browser she is using to Login.

Since you can Login through your system using her Credentials, then definitely there is something to do with the Browser.

    Thanks

She is using Internet Explorer11 for her Browser... same as mine. I added those two sites Mandar suggested to the Trusted Sites as well as made sure the enable protected mode box was checked. Still same message!

Okay, now the same message is showing up if I try to log onto her account from my computer as well. Which is extremely odd, as it previously worked. I assume it must mean something to do with her actual CRM account, then?

Can you login to the system using your credentials using your system.

If you have other browsers do try using them as well.

At this point, no, I can't login using my credentials and my system; I'm getting the same error message... I also tried google chrome, with the same result.

In that case, I would suggest you to contact Microsoft Support.

Since both the credentials are returning same issue from different browsers and machine, Microsoft will be able to help you more on this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I've the same problem in my company. It started with one user in Chrome, we try together in IE 11 and it let her sign in. Now I'm trying to sign in with my credentials from IE and I can't. I'm getting a mix between the original message posted and this one:

Our services aren't available right now

We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon.

    Ref A: 0A30FDC1A02A49E389704297F8C9765C Ref B: 4755E71B8945AFC7D9D31C3BACA5BC4B Ref C: Tue Mar 03 06:41:22 2015 PST
Any help would be really appreciated before I start to receive calls from all users.

    Jean, Danitza,

I would request you to get in touch with Microsoft Support for this weird behaviour.

I don't think it has anything to do with Browser behaviour as this is appearing for all.

    Danitza,

In your error message it does say that something it "Wrong" and "Restore" is taking place. Please get in touch with Support with the issue.

    Thanks
