I have created new menu item, but I want to hide/Show it Dynamically from calling code unit function.

Unfortunately, not a simple question to answer. First, it depends on what you means by "menu item": where exactly in the page/ribbon/navigation pane are they talking about? Second, what version are you on? On-premise or cloud? Depending on the situation, it might not be possible.
