D365 Environment Keep getting prompted for credentials every page change

Hi, we have one live d365 environment and 2 sandboxes. On one of the sandboxes every page I click on, a login popup window appears. I've tried logging out, using different browsers, clearing Windows credential cache but nothing worked (have been happening for a number of weeks now) Any other things to try? I am an Admin in the environment.

Hi partner,

It's really a strange situation.

Generally, only you have many accounts in a same browser so that there will always be a pop up login window.

I recommend you to raise a ticket to Microsoft for more professional help.
