I'm struggling from quite long to know that can we embed a net promoter score within email body of shared mailbox like below.The scenario is when a case is marked as resolved, i should be able to send email from shared mailbox and that email should contain form like below embedded in it
It was possible using sending from forms pro but how to make it work in case of shared mailbox, i tried posting in its actual forum but i did not get any response
Please please advise
