How to cancel in Process Spot Count Work

Posted on by 4,058 Super User 2024 Season 1

Hi All,

Scenario is specific to Warehouse Management Processes.  A worker starts a Spot count using the mobile device and has to suddenly leave (or hits the 'Back' button).  So we have Cycle Coutn work that is 'In Process'..  How can we cancel that cycle count work that was started?

The only way I found is iusing Warehouse Management > Periodic Tasks > Clean-up > Cancel Work.  Is there an easier way?

Thanks Nuno, my customer is on 10.0.29 so I will show them how to use the Cancel Work under Periodic Tasks for now.

Development is not an option for now, not critical enough. If you do find that it is in 10.0.30, would appreciate to know how to launch.

    Regards,

    Danny

Tricky question, up to the version 10.0.30 I'm not aware of such functionality on mobile app. So I created a customization to allow cancel directly on mobile app.
10.0.31, it's still finishing installation. I will take a look if it's already possible to cancel that work.
