Is there anyway to change GL Setup from 13 periods to 12 periods?

Hello MMAAFS,
The best time to change the GL Setup Fiscal Info tab is immediately after closing for the year and prior to making any transactions for the new year. The system will let you update that info. After you once post a transaction in GL, no further updates are allowed. Have you closed for the year yet?

We did close 2012 and are now ready to close June 2013
Hello Mmaafs,
Right after you close for the year, you can make that change.
When you make the change, be sure and remove the ending date for the 13th period before changing it to 12. I've had it cause problems when it was left in there with third party stuff.
