Adding item to Product Line Items (Opportunity)

Hi,

I want to add products to an opportunity using the Product Line items. i can't find the (+) button knowing that I'm an admin. I can't understand what happen, thank you.

Does the Price List chosen on the Opportunity contain Price List Items? If the Price List doesn't have any items then you won't be able to choose any products.

I would also verify that the button isn't hidden as you have noticed in the Ribbon Workbench. Also, in the Ribbon Workbench, make sure there aren't any Rules set to show/hide the button.

Hi, first thank's for your reply.

1- the (+) button is still invisible using differents browsers.

2- this is my subgrid:

3- the "Order Type" field is present.

4- I use Version 1710 (9.1.0.3448) online.

Finaly, the (+) button is now visible only in the unified interface after changing the enable/display rule via RibbonWorkbench. But I can't find the (+New{0}) in the subgrid Area.

the (+) button is visible in Quotes subgrid. So i think it's something else.

Hi meelamri,

1. First, we have to save Opportunity first, then the (+) button will appear.

Also clear your browser cache and cookies, change another browser to see if it works.

2. Could you provide a screenshot of the properties of the Product Line items?

Click the FORM button on the command bar. In the form editor, click on the Opportunity Products sub-grid and then click the Change Properties button.

We need this screenshot:

3. Check if there is the "Order Type" field in the Quote and Opportunity form. If there is no "Order Type" field, the (+) button will disappear. Please refer to the last second reply of this post: https://community.dynamics.com/365/f/761/t/298200?pi57428=2#responses

4. What is the version of your D365? This problem is currently known for some D365 trials.

The (+) button is normally to the far right, and to the right of the up and down arrows. I can't see either on you screenshot, so have you looked far enough to the right ? The grid is responsive, so should always fit within the width of the form. It may be worth trying an alternate browser, in cause there's an issue with the form rendering
