We're facing the error related to report, all reports can not run, and getting the same message as:
Invalid User Authorization
The user authentication passed to the platform is not valid.

Does any one have solution or how to trouble shoot?

RESOLVED: We found "CRM account (crmservice) is disabled remote login into database" so we do ENABLE, and then the report is working again.
Does anyone know the reason ?
