I tried to map source records created by field data to crm destination created by field. But unfortunately, I don't see createdby field on mapping wizard.I have admin role in crm.
Could you please help me.

I think it's just the limitation of the excel import tool, though I could not find a good reference right now. But I did not see that field either when I tried.
It used to be impossible to set createdby in the earlier versions of CRM(at least I believe it was not possible), then they gradually added those features, but it may only be possible through SDK so far:
