At Journal Viewer , it possible to have check mark as a default at the Option (Mark as duplicate receipt) in order to have all reprint mark as dupliate? Then we can block this option to cashier.

This can be done in Store Operations Manager under File | Configuration. Go to the "Options" tab and then click on and expand the "General Options".
In here you will see the option to "Mark journal receipts as duplicate". When you check this option, all reprinted receipts will say Duplicate on them.
