User unable to see Word Template

Hi,

We have recently moved over to the Unified Interface (could be unrelated), but now,  just a single Legal Entity is now unable to view a word template . All other users, from all other Legal Entities are able to view it, and having checked the Security set up, the users are assigned the correct security role.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what else may be causing the issue?

    Hi,

    Can System Administration view that template. Other try can be :

    1) Delete that template.

    2) Upload it again.

    3) Publish the customization
