some user can buy products not in stock, and another can't

Hi

i have a very strange behaviour on Business Central

i have product in BOM called MASTERPRODUCT, with 5 little product called LITTLEP1 , LITTLEP2, ... .

LITTLEP4 is unavaible

All have the option ' always reserve"

One user make a sales document with the MASTERPRODUCT and does'nt have any notification

Other user make the same order and have a popup who said ' i can't not put this MASTERPRODUCT because of one of his component'

I don't understand why one user can, and the other can't

I have already see the user params and they have the same rights

If you have some clues

    Are the orders to the same customer from the same Location?  It is possible one Location/SKU has a different Replenishment System than the other, and so the system checks different requirements.  For example, one Location/SKU may be set to Purchase (ignores components) the MASTERPRODUCT and the other to Assemble (checks components) the MASTERPRODUCT.

    Is the first order removed before the second user enters their order?  It is possible the first order has enough inventory of components, and when the second order is entered you are short on the component.

    Those would be the two things I would check first.

    For the test we have make

    only one command, same product, and we have try one user by one user

    we make 5 test; 3 have no notification, 2 have

    we make test on a sandbox too

    we look the notification center, same param

    we're digging and digging without answer :-p
