Hello,
Can anyone show how to use the new customisation tool where Dynamics 'To help boost email open rates, you can now add custom preheaders with tailored email message preview text.' This would be most useful.

This Email content designer is only for Marketing emails for now, You can navigate to marketing App -> Email designer and Add the images and use the available options as required.

Thanks for your reply.
I would like to change the email inbox preview content as suggested in the release document.
To me, it suggests I can the content after the subject heading when viewed in the inbox.

Hi Graham McAdam,
You'll need to open the textboxes above the actual designer where you insert Subject and To e-mail address.
Then insert the text into the "Preview Text" box.
