Load line has remaining quantity after work was reduced and completed with short pick on app

Hi,

We have a scenario where a sales order line completely reserved is released to warehouse.

When the shipment and load lines are released, the work is created.

The user short picks the work quantity but the work is closed.

There is a remaining quantity on the load line - how do we reduce this so a new release to warehouse will create a new shipment and we can complete additional work to despatch the quantity.

There might be an easy fix for this but I am concerned the short pick function on the warehouse app is creating this situation.

Need to be able to process work for the remaining 520 which is still physically reserved against the parent sales order line.

Hi Kauto

On the Short pick Work exception, have a look and see if Automatically decrement shipment or load does what you want.
