Namaste Everyone

We are currently facing challenges publishing a Copilot Studio agent within the Dynamics CRM mobile app. Based on several articles, it appears that this functionality may not be supported directly, and there are suggestions about creating a custom app instead.

Our Copilot Studio agent retrieves data from CRM tables and external APIs.

Could you please confirm whether it is possible to publish the agent in the mobile app? If not, we would appreciate any alternative approaches or recommendations for making this functionality accessible on mobile.

It is not currently possible to publish or embed a Copilot Studio agent directly inside the Dynamics 365 mobile app.

Copilot Studio agents are designed to be consumed across channels such as Microsoft Teams, web applications, or Microsoft 365 Copilot—not as native

components inside the Dynamics mobile interface.

The recommended approaches are to expose the agent across Microsoft Teams (best for mobile), or to build a custom Power Apps mobile solution that integrates

with the agent via APIs or Power Automate for a more seamless and controlled user experience.

we could connect our dataverse in crm mobile -sales hub app. THere is setting in mobile app .

we create html page iframe and add resource . then published .
