Hi Faramarz,
Deactivating records is actually updating the Status field to Inactive.
1. If you don't use any tools, then we can batch update records through Excel importing.
Open Advanced Find, set the condition to filter records which need to be deactivated. Edit columns, leaving only the Name and the Status column.

In the results, export to static worksheet.

Open Excel, change the Status column data to Inactive.

Import the Excel to D365.
2. If you are willing to use tools, then you can try Bulk Data Updater of XrmToolBox.
