My HO is connected to my stores with VPN connection. the problem is when sending jobs to stores the job fail to send and show the below message in DDL Monitor. and test connection from these stores in distribution location are working fine.

Cannot send DD Job Header to 11.11.12.11:16860, retry later >> The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state. >> The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

    Hi Ahmed,

    For general information about this error (not specific to Dynamics NAV) see: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2763592/the-communication-object-system-servicemodel-channels-servicechannel-cannot-be

    As explained in the above article, it seems the server side has encountered an unhandled exception rendering the communication link unusable. If the problem persists I would recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft via your Solution Provider or Dynamics NAV Partner.

    all of this done 

    the issue when test from server to branch it's fault but done from another server
